Overview
The organization's identity and the map of the other settings tabs.
Settings gathers the configuration that applies to the whole organization, spread across six tabs. The screen requires the Superadmin role; neither Admin nor Auditor can reach it.
Identity
The General tab keeps what identifies the organization:
- Name: how it shows up in the organization selector and at the top of the screen.
- Slug: the identifier that goes into the URL of every page, in the
/organization/<slug>format. - Logo: the image shown at the top of the area bar.
Changing the slug changes the address of every page in the organization. Saved links and bookmarks pointing to the old slug stop working.
The tab also gives quick access to Workspaces and Members, which have their own screens in the sidebar.
Information
The last tab shows, read-only, the identification data and the contracted plan. It is where to check what is in effect before talking to AUMO about limits or features.

Choose the model for each of the platform's automatic features.
Chat agent
Turn on the support agent that helps inside the platform.
