A Collection brings together the documents an Agent looks up before answering. It is what makes the platform answer with your company's content, not just with what the model learned in training.
Collections belong to this workspace and aren't visible to any other.
The list
The screen shows Collections as a grid or a table, with search by name. The table view shows the number of Documents, the Description and the creation date.
Creating and editing Collections requires the Owner, Curator or Editor role. An Auditor sees the list without changing it.
How a Collection is used
A Collection on its own does nothing. It takes effect when someone attaches it to an Agent, in the Collections section of that Agent's form.
An Agent can look up several Collections; a Collection can serve several Agents. Nothing is exclusive.
