Attachments and prompts
Send files and images in the conversation and reuse prompts from the library.
The + button, to the left of the message field, gathers everything you can add to a message besides text.
There are three paths: attach files, attach images and insert a ready-made prompt.
Upload files
Upload files attaches documents to the message. The Agent reads them in the context of that conversation.
This is different from a Collection. An attached file applies to the conversation it was sent in; a Collection applies to every conversation of every Agent attached to it.
Use an attachment for the one-off document: the contract that just arrived, the spreadsheet for this analysis. Use a Collection for what the company looks up all the time.
Upload images
Upload images only works when the Agent's model has vision capability. When it doesn't, the option shows as disabled with a notice that the Agent doesn't support image attachments.
Switching to an Agent with a vision model is the only way out: the capability comes from the model, not from a conversation setting.
Prompt library
Prompt library opens the collection of ready-made texts, with search by title, tag or content. Selecting one inserts the text into the message field, where you can edit it before sending.
It helps standardize recurring requests, such as a summary format or a review checklist, without depending on each person remembering the right wording.
MCP resources
When the Agent has MCPs with published prompts and resources, you can browse them and attach them to the message. The chosen items show up as chips above the field, with a remove action.
An attached prompt or resource chip applies only to the message being written. It doesn't stay attached to the conversation.
Dictate the message
The microphone button, to the right of the field, transcribes speech into text. The result goes into the message field, where it can be corrected before sending.
