Logged conversations
The history of what people asked this workspace's agents.
Conversations keeps the history of exchanges between people and the workspace's Agents. It is the raw record of usage, message by message.
The screen opens for Owner, Curator and Auditor. Editor can't reach it.
The list
Six columns: Created at, Subject, User, Application, Agent and Actions.
The Subject is generated automatically from the content, by the organization's Rename Chats automation. The Application tells where the conversation came from, when the workspace is accessed through more than one channel.
Open a conversation
Opening a row shows the full exchange. There are actions to copy a specific message or the whole conversation, which is the practical way to take a case to whoever will adjust the Agent.
What it's for in practice
Three uses that justify the screen:
- Understanding what people actually ask, which is rarely what you imagined when writing the prompt.
- Investigating a reported case, with the real conversation instead of the reporter's recollection.
- Auditing, when you need to show what was answered and on what basis.
Privacy
The content here is what people wrote, including what they pasted into the chat. Roles with access to this screen see all of it.
Guardrails filter what reaches the model, not what gets logged. Sensitive data someone pasted into the chat shows up on this screen even when it was masked before going to the model.
Conversations with removed agents
Removing an Agent doesn't delete the history. The conversations stay listed, with the name of the Agent that handled them, but you can't keep chatting.
Next steps
- See what people rated in Response feedback.
- Adjust the Agent based on what you read in Write the prompt.
