Conversations

Start, resume, organize and share your conversations with agents.

A conversation is a sequence of messages with an Agent. It keeps the context: the Agent sees what has already been said when answering the next message.

Your conversations are yours. Other people in the workspace don't see what you asked, although whoever administers the workspace can reach the history under Logs › Conversations.

Start

The home screen shows a greeting and the message field in the center. Type and send. The conversation is created with the first message.

When the selected Agent has Collections attached, suggested questions appear above the field. With no knowledge base attached, the suggestions don't appear, and that is expected behavior, not a failure.

The New chat button, next to the search box in the sidebar, starts a blank conversation at any time.

The history

The sidebar lists conversations grouped by recency: Pinned, Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last month and Older.

The Search chats field filters by content. Each conversation's title is generated automatically from its first messages.

Organize

Each conversation's menu has the housekeeping actions:

  • Rename: replaces the automatically generated title with your own.
  • Pin: moves the conversation to the Pinned group, at the top.
  • Delete: removes the conversation from your list, with confirmation.

Deleting a conversation takes it out of your sidebar, but the record remains accessible to whoever administers the workspace, under Logs › Conversations. Deletion is for organization, not privacy.

Rate an answer

Each Agent answer shows actions on hover. Two of them feed the platform's quality:

  • Good response and Bad response record the rating.
  • When you mark it as bad, a modal opens with quick options and a free-text field.

These ratings show up for whoever administers the workspace under Logs › Response feedback. It is the most direct channel for improving an Agent that gets things wrong.

The message's other actions include editing your own message, copying and listening to the answer as audio.

Share

The Share chat action, in the header, opens a panel with a switch and a link.

While the Workspace members with the link switch is off, nobody else can open the conversation. When you turn it on, any workspace member who has the link can open it.

Sharing is read-only and doesn't intrude on other people's lists:

  • The conversation does not show up in the sidebar of whoever received the link.
  • Only you can keep writing in it.
  • Anyone who isn't a workspace member can't open it, even with the link.

Still, the whole conversation goes along, including whatever you pasted into it along the way.
