Dashboard
The workspace's usage, cost and activity summary on one screen.
The Dashboard is the workspace's first screen and answers a broad question: is this workspace being used, and at what cost.
It opens for Owner, Curator and Auditor. Editor can't reach it.
Token usage
At the top, two numbers for the period: Tokens consumed and Total cost.
The cost comes from the prices registered in each model's provider. A wrongly registered price shows up here before it shows up anywhere else.
The counters
A grid of absolute numbers about what exists in the workspace: members, collections, agents, workflows, MCPs, conversations and models.
They are for a quick check, not for trends. A high conversation count with low agent usage, for example, points to short or abandoned conversations.
The Knowledge sources counter is a leftover from the structure before v4, when sources and collections were separate screens. Today both live in Collections.
Agent usage
The chart spreads messages by Agent over the period, with the list of totals beside it. Clicking an Agent in the legend hides it from the chart.
It is the best adoption signal the platform gives: it shows which Agents people actually use, and which were published and forgotten.
Feedback, active users and visits
At the bottom of the screen, three activity breakdowns:
- Feedback: the balance of ratings given to answers in the period.
- Active users: how many people used it, by day, week or month.
- Platform visits: the volume of sign-ins in the period.
Active users and visits answer different questions. Many visits with few active users means a few people come back many times.
Dashboard or Observability
The Dashboard summarizes the workspace's activity. Observability details per-model consumption and gives access to traces.
Use the Dashboard to find out whether something changed; Observability to find out what.
Next steps
- Drill into consumption in Observability.
- Read the ratings behind the balance in Response feedback.
