Overview
This workspace's conversational agents, from draft to publishing in Chat.
An Agent is the unit people talk to in Chat. It brings together a model, written instructions and access to this workspace's Collections and tools.
Creating and editing Agents requires the Owner, Curator or Editor role.
The list
The screen shows Agents as a grid or a table, with search by name. Each card shows the name, the description, the model provider's icon and when it was last changed.
The + Agent button opens the creation form. It also gives access to creating from a ready-made template, when the workspace has templates available.
What defines an Agent
The form is a single page, split into sections you open as needed:
- Basic details: name, model, logo and description.
- User response prompt: the standing instructions.
- Collections: the knowledge it looks up.
- MCPs, Integrations and Sub-agents: the tools and helpers it can call.
- Advanced options: temperature and maximum tokens per answer.
Only the name, model and prompt are required.
