Knowledge Collection
Knowledge Collections are a way to organize and group related documents on the Aumo platform. They allow you to create logical groups of documents that can be easily referenced and used by AI assistants.

A knowledge collection is a container that groups documents from different sources of knowledge. This facilitates the organization and management of large volumes of documents, allowing you to:
- Organize documents: Group related documents into a single collection
- Ease search: Find related documents more easily
- Control access: Manage access permissions for the documents in the collection
- Use in assistants: Reference entire collections in AI assistants
Main Fields
Each knowledge collection has the following fields:
- Name: A descriptive name to identify the collection
- Description: An optional description about the purpose and content of the collection
- Slots: Custom metadata in key-value format that can be used for categorization and filtering
