How to Create a Credential

This guide explains step by step how to create a new credential on the Aumo platform.

Overview

Creating a credential is a two-step process:

1. Type Selection: Choose the type of credential you want to set up
2. Credential Details: Configure the necessary information for the selected type

Step 1: Access the Creation Page

1. Log in to the admin platform
2. Navigate to Organization in the side menu
3. Select Credentials
4. Click the New Credential button in the upper right corner

Step 2: Select the Type of Credential

In the first step of the process, you will see:

• A navigation bar showing "Organization > Credentials > New Credential"
• A progress indicator showing "Credential Type" (current) and "Credential Details" (next)
• A list of available credential types
• "Back" and "Next" buttons at the bottom

Selecting a Type

1. Review the available credential types (Google Drive, Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, OneDrive)
2. Click the button for the type that corresponds to the service you wish to configure
3. The "Next" button will be enabled when a type is selected
4. Click "Next" to proceed to the detail configuration step

Step 3: Configure the Details

After selecting the type and clicking "Next," you will be directed to the second step where you can:

• Fill in the specific information for the selected credential type
• Configure required and optional fields
• Review the information before saving

Step 4: Confirmation

After filling in all fields and clicking Save, you will see a confirmation that the credential was created successfully.

Next Steps

After creating the credential, you will be able to:

• View the credential in the list of credentials
• Edit the credential settings
• Use the credential in other platform resources
• Manage access and related permissions
