Conversation History

Learn how to manage and navigate your conversation history on the Chat Platform.

Accessing History​

The conversation history is located in the left sidebar of the interface:

Viewing Conversations​

Conversation List​

The history displays all your previous conversations, organized by:

  • Title: Name or first message of the conversation
  • Date: When the conversation was created or updated
  • Project: Project to which the conversation belongs

Searching Conversations​

Use the search bar at the top of the history to find specific conversations:

  1. Click on the "Search chat" field
  2. Type keywords related to the conversation you are looking for
  3. Results will be automatically filtered

Continuing a Conversation​

To continue a previous conversation:

  1. Click on the title of the conversation in the history
  2. The conversation will load in the main area
  3. Continue sending messages as usual

Managing Conversations​

Options Menu​

Each conversation in the history has an options menu (three dots icon) that allows you to:

  • Rename: Change the title of the conversation
  • Delete: Remove the conversation from the history
  • Share: Share the conversation with other users (if available)

Organizing Conversations​

Conversations are automatically organized by:

  • Creation Date: Most recent first
  • Activity: Conversations with recent activity appear at the top
  • Project: Grouped by project when applicable

Tips​

  1. Use Descriptive Titles: If possible, rename conversations to make search easier
  2. Search Regularly: Use the search feature to quickly find old conversations
  3. Organize by Project: Different projects keep separate histories
