Chat Pivot Branch
POST/api/v1/chat/:workspace_id/:channel/:channel_plugin/:channel_id/bychannelsession/:channel_session_id/pivot
Pivot the active branch: given a chat message, select the most recent descendant message
in its branch and mark it as the chat's last_message_id.
