Chat Get Session List
GET/api/v1/new_chat/list/:workspace_id
Get chat session list.
If user_id is not provided, it will return the chat sessions of the user determined by the api_key. If user_id is 'all', it will return the chat sessions of all users. Only available for SUPERADMIN, ADMIN and CONTROLLER roles.
